Joel Anderson, founder of Anderson Design Group, and the firm of talented artists and illustrators conceived Spirit of Nashville, art and merchandise inspired by the history and culture of Nashville, TN. Jason Mallory from Redbone Entertainment, after seeing Spirit of Nashville’s coffee table book, produced a “Spirit of Nashville” DVD. This is how Nashville’s story continues…

All this led the design group to wonder, would it be possible for an iPhone app to know where in the city a visitor might be AND make suggestions for MUST-SEE watering holes, music venues, & more? Working with Firefly, a new iPhone application fused the Spirit of Nashville print media and video content from DVD production into a location-aware mobile application. Now, Spirit of Nashville isn’t just an insider’s guide to Music City, USA, but an inspiring history book and museum, on the go.
